Event Description

With ever growing demands on staff, time, and limited resources, it
becomes increasingly important to find ways to improve the
communication and general efficiency of your organization. This EDN
session will explore some of the "Must Have" communication tools your
nonprofit should be taking advantage of.

We will explore tools for:

  • Personal Communication
  • Internal Organizational Communication
  • External Organizational Communication
  • Collaboration/Project Management
  • Social Media

Ash
Shepherd, TACS Technology Associate, will provide a general overview of
some of the available tools, and a few demonstrations of how you can
use them to work for your nonprofit. He'll focus on the free or
low-cost solutions that will improve your organization's
communications, save you time and keep you connected to the people you
serve.

Network Description

The Executive Directors Network (EDN) provides networking, support, and professional updates on nonprofit management, governance, and funding topics, plus opportunities for networking with peers.

Presentations are from 8:00 - 9:30 am and participants are encouraged to stay and network until 10:00 am.
Continental breakfast is provided.
