User Profile
We now allow you to create a secure user profile. With a user profile you are able to manage a number of tasks on the TACS website with greater ease. These tasks include:
- Manage your own mailing list subscriptions
- Track your registration history for TACS events
- Track your order history for handbooks, network season passes, etc.
- Auto-populate forms with your basic info when signed-in
- Update your organization's information
Creating a user profile only takes a couple of minutes. Create a New User Profile Now.
If you have already created a user account all you need to do is sign-in using the link in the upper right-hand coner of the page.

Advanced Viewing Options
With so much information available on our site it can sometimes be overwhelming. This is why we have added new ways for you to sort and filter information in different sections of the website. Our goal is to help you find the answers you need faster so you can spend less time focused on asking questions and more time on creating the solutions that change our communities.
Examples of Advanced Viewing Options
Helpline Online
You can now open and view the information from multiple categories/questions at the same time on the same page. No more clicking between pages to see all the information related to what you need.
Publications & Useful Links
You can now use a simple drop-down menu to select the category you are interested rather than having to navigate through each section to find what you are looking for.
NAO Nonprofit & Associate Member Lists
You can now search the list of current NAO members by their last name rather then looking through the entire list to see who is a current member.

Greater Search Capabilities
We have created more ways for you to search the content in different areas of our site to make it easier for you to get the information you are looking for.
Training Calendar
You can now search our training calendar by selecting specifically which network or workshop topic interests you.
Windows Live Search
We have incorporated the powerful Windows Live Search tool so that you can get more accurate results when doing general searches of the content on our new website.
