Oregon Community Foundation Board Fund
The Oregon Community Foundation Board Fund (OCF Board Fund) is generously supported by the Oregon Community Foundation.
The purpose of this Fund is to help tax-exempt nonprofits strengthen their boards’ knowledge, leadership and skills through training and consultation in areas such as strategic planning, board structure, recruitment and composition strategies, fund development, and board roles, responsibilities and expectations. The Fund focuses on boards and organizations in transition, and/or boards that have a significant number of first-time board members, or whose boards want to revitalize their role in the organization.
Eligible organizations must:
- Be tax-exempt, community-based health & human service nonprofit
- Conduct operations in Multnomah, Clackamas and Washington counties
- Have operating budgets between $200,000 and $2,000,000
