Scheduled Support

Few of us would drive our cars without regular tune ups and servicing, and we should give our computer systems the same care and attention. Scheduled Support is like finding a trusted mechanic to do what needs to be done before a crisis occurs. 

As part of our Scheduled Support service, a tech will come on-site to perform basic preventative maintenance on your PCs and address any outstanding technical problems on your network.   For most offices, the frequency of these visits is at least once every couple weeks, but a schedule will be tailored to meet your organization's needs.  Costs depend on the size of your organization and the number of computers.  Fees are assessed at an hourly rate based on your organization's annual operating budget, and hourly rates range from $75 to $125.  A Scheduled Support checkup includes:

  • Windows System Updates on all workstations
  • Office Updates on all workstations
  • Anti Virus subscription and update check all workstations
  • Miscellaneous performance turning, file clean up, defrag as needed
  • Server check up, which includes Anti Virus, Windows Updates and Backup status
  • Network/PC troubleshooting assistance, per client request
