Executive Transition Team

The Executive Transition Team are all senior nonprofit executives who use their extensive consulting experience and strong management skills to help nonprofits make effective leadership transitions and address management, board, and planning issues. We provide Interim Directors for organizations in transition, and help with Executive Director searches and succession planning. In addition to leadership experience as Executive Directors, individual members of the Team specialize in the following areas.

TACS fees are charged on a sliding scale, based on your budget size. We can estimate the time and cost required for your project fairly quickly. We may also be able to help you access scholarships to cover consultation costs.
