Tere Mathern

Tere Mathern has worked at TACS for over ten years in a multitude of functions including serving as Program Coordinator for the Fund Development Capacity Building Program, managing TACS Financial Assistance program, and the Legal Assistance Project. Currently she coordinates TACS marketing efforts, designs and develops TACS print and online marketing materials, implements marketing strategies, and coordinates development and fundraising efforts. She has a M.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies from NYU, where she focused on contemporary dance history and cultural studies. When not at TACS, you will find Tere directing, performing and choreographing for Tere Mathern Dance or at the Conduit Dance studio where she serves as co-artistic director of a nonprofit that supports contemporary dance through a dedicated space for training, creative and performance resources (www.conduit-pdx.org).
