As Director and Senior Associate for NPower Oregon, TACS' Technology Program, Shawn assists nonprofit organizations with technology planning, database development, training, and plan implementation. She provides project management to bridge any technical gaps within an organization or with a consultant, ensuring the organization's needs are met, and that the project stays on its timeline.

Shawn has a breadth of experience in planning for technology and implementation for effective use in small to very large organizations. Her down to earth, common sense approach makes it easy for her to understand budget limits and the need to make technology choices that are sustainable.
