Dahnesh Medora

Dahnesh Medora serves as Director of Strategic Initiatives for TACS where he provides consulting support to nonprofits, supports select initiatives and guides the organizational development consulting program. As both a consultant and coach, Dahnesh provides support on issues such as leadership development, organizational change and cross cultural effectiveness. Before joining TACS in 2007, Dahnesh was the Director of Organizational Services for the National Community Development Institute in Oakland, CA, where he provided capacity building support to community-based organizations working primarily in communities of color and on issues of social justice.  Prior to NCDI, Dahnesh assisted new and emerging nonprofits seeking fiscal sponsorship and infrastructure support at the Tides Center and Foundation in San Francisco, CA. Dahnesh has served on a number of nonprofit boards, received his B.A. in International Affairs at Lewis and Clark College and his M.A. at Michigan State University where he studied ways nongovernmental organizations are linked to their constituents.
