Bob has 35 years of experience founding, directing and consulting to provide socially conscious leadership for organizations in both the for profit and nonprofit sectors here and around the world. In 2001 he began TACS' Executive Transition Services program, focusing on issues of leadership transition, interim leadership, executive searches and succession planning.

A large focus of his work is in the area of building skills of boards and executive leadership to work effectively together.
